Ethiopian coffee is the G.O.A.T ("greatest of all time"). This medium roast allows the flavours of Ethiopian coffee to come forward, and you'll notice hints of tangerine, light berry, and sweet almond. 

Why is there a goat on the package? 

Ethiopia is the original origin of coffee, or so the legend goes. When a goat shepherd noticed his goats were energized after nibbling some nearby fruit, he realized the potential in a coffee cherry. Ethiopia couldn’t be symbolized by anything else other than our four hoofed friend.
