Currently we are only shipping in Canada. If you are located internationally and would like us to ship to you, please contact us by email radstudiorose@gmail.com

At this time we can not ship to all homes within Canada. If we can not ship to you we will contact you. Sorry for any inconvenience this may bring.

Within Canada we offer the simple flat rates below:

$25 flat rate shipping when you spend $0 - 149.99
$15 flat rate shipping when you spend $150 - 224.99
FREE shipping when you spend $250+

Shipping Policy

Shipments are sent through a variety of carriers with a tracking number. Shipments usually take 2-8 days to arrive from the date they are packaged. Most shipments will be fulfilled and packaged within 1-2 days of ordering. Orders are fulfilled during store hours and will not be fulfilled on Sunday or Monday. Time frames for shipments can not be guaranteed. 

Return Policy

Shipped items are final sale and can not be returned. Items that are shipped can only be returned if they are damaged or the item is incorrect. Please contact us as well if there is another reason you would like to return any item(s) and we will consider your request on a case by case basis.

Damaged Items

Damages happen sometimes. We gladly accept returns that have been damaged during shipping. Please send an email to radstudiorose@gmail.com immediately with a photo and description of the damage. Please keep all packaging material. Once assessed and approved we will send you a replacement right away or a refund if we do not have the same item in stock. Any damages through use and general "wear and tear" will not be accepted for return or exchange. A damaged goods' email must be sent within 7 days of delivered date through tracking.
